Welcome to the new Najib Head Office!
I would like to share some exciting news with you. After almost ten years working within a major franchise in Christchurch, I decided to bring to fruition my vision to move away from the traditional real estate model and open my own boutique agency.
Najib Real Estate was founded with my personal mission at the heart of the company - to deliver what I believe every buyer, seller, landlord and tenant deserves; honest personalised service, clear knowledgeable advice, a modern innovative approach to marketing and sales, and superior results.
The past two years has proven to myself and the entire Najib team that the Christchurch property market is changing at an unprecedented rate. At the same time peoples’ expectations have also changed. Most are far more educated on the property market and are looking for a professional who will take the time to listen to their specific needs and goals, treat them with courtesy and respect, and embrace the latest innovations and technology to deliver a result that exceeds expectations.
Helping people fulfill their dreams and goals through property is what drives me each and every day. To me, that’s what real estate is all about. Running an independent agency gives me the freedom to deliver tailored one-on-one service and redefine Christchurch real estate as we know it.
