Who is eligible?

Anyone can participate in the referral campaign, whether you are a current client of Najib Real Estate or someone interested in real estate services.

How do I book my stay?

When your referral lists their property with Najib, we will contact you to confirm. Najib will then book the accommodation on your behalf for your chosen dates.

How can I redeem the voucher?

Once your referral successfully lists their property with Najib Real Estate, you will receive instructions on redeeming your luxury stay package voucher. Details on redemption will be provided via email.

Do I have to refer persons only in Christchurch/Selwyn District?

Yes, you must refer people who are looking to sell within the Christchurch and Selwyn District. 

Can I refer more than once?

Absolutely! There are no limits to the number of referrals you can make. Each successful referral that leads to a transaction with Najib Real Estate qualifies you for a luxury stay package.

How many people can stay?

The voucher is valid only for two people. For additional people, you will have to pay extra cost at the property.

  • Someone from our team will get in touch to assist you for your preferred date to be booked.
  • To redeem your stay, our team will provide you with your preferred date voucher.
  • Upon presenting the voucher, the company will assist you.
  • The one night stay package is valid for two people including breakfast and subject to availability.
  • The voucher is valid for one year.
  • Additional charges apply if you want to add more persons.

  • The referred person must sell with Najib in order to qualify.
  • The reward will be given once the referral has listed their home with us.
  • Free appraisals do not count as a referral.
  • The referred person must be selling in the Christchurch or Selwyn District.
