When we opened Najib in 2016 we asked ourselves, "What are we going to do with the profit after we pay the bills?" I believe that keeping 100% of profit is short-sighted and I think life is bigger than that. So we made a conscious decision to allocate a portion of every commission we earn throughout the year to the Najib Foundation to help us with our philanthropic purpose.
We have all been given a gift; a gift called consciousness, and what consciousness really means is to care. Consciousness is something that comes from the inside, not the outside. It's not a measurement for anybody else; it is a measurement for ourselves.
